We will consult with you and analyze your staffing needs prior to taking your order for associates. We will supply supplemental associates as needed by personally matching the right associate to your job requirements. We recruit, screen, orient and train our associates to your company policies, procedures and technology.

Quality Control: In an effort to provide ongoing quality control, PPI verifies the associates’ arrival on assignments and communicates regularly with associates to resolve any challenges or problems. By instituting rigid controls and shared responsibility between the associate, management and PPI, accidents can be effectively reduced. Reasonable and practical efforts include safety training, monitoring, protective clothing, safety equipment, site planning and analysis of Workers’ Compensation claims.

Safety Responsibility: PPI provides general safety orientation and training of all associates through the use of a comprehensive safety video and education of all safety policies and procedures.

Customer Training Resources: Take advantage of PPI’s extensive training resources. These resources are available at no cost or for nominal fee and give you the knowledge to handle employment related issues. Many topics are available including conflict resolution, delegation, hiring and firing, sexual harassment, retention and team work, as well as many other human resource related issues.

Immigration & Naturalization Policy: PPI is in compliance with all employment eligibility requirements set forth by the United States Department of Justice, and as such will employ eligible associates who have the legal right to work in the U.S.

Sexual Harassment Policy: PPI is committed to their associates and as such has a strict policy prohibiting harassment in any form, including verbal, physical, visual and sexual. All PPI associates are expected to report all incidents of harassment immediately, all complaints will be investigated immediately and appropriate action will be taken.

Drug Testing Policy: Drug and alcohol use negatively affects workplace safety and associate efficiency and productivity. PPI is committed to a drug free workplace. The unlawful manufacture, use, possession, distribution or sale of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Being impaired or under of a legal drug or alcohol which adversely affects the associate’s performance and/or workplace safety is prohibited. PPI tests for drug use, and associates who test positive are in violation of PPI policies. Said associates shall receive disciplinary action which includes immediate termination.

• Pre-placement drug screening: PPI retains the right to require drug/or alcohol,
  screening prior to employment.
• For-cause: when a problem exists which PPI believes is attributable to drugs
  and/or alcohol testing is automatically required.
• Work-related injuries: associates in safety sensitive positions sustaining work
  related injuries will automatically be required to take drug screening.
